Which language do your courses use? Are there any English language requirements?
All our courses are base on English. For students whose first language is not English we recommend taking an IELTS course to improve language to level 5 or higher. This can be done alongside our courses. Your minimum level of English may vary depending upon which university you decide to complete your top up qualification from.
How long does a course run?
Most OUR online courses are scheduled for four – six weeks, depending on the topic. Check the details for each individual course.
Will I need to come to campus?
All our online courses are delivered entirely online and will not necessitate students coming to campus. However, there are still some courses that require you to come to campus for placement testing or for proctored exams.
Can I retake my exam if I don’t pass?
Yes. Each retake costs €55 and extends your time by four (4) weeks. You may purchase as many retakes as you need. You don’t have to wait a “blackout period” to purchase a retake, but do keep in mind that it does take up to one business day for the retake to be activated in the system.
What if I need help?
You can contact tech support, faculty members, and staff working in every department in our school.
Are there assignments?
Courses contain a certain number of activities grounded in your own classroom. Many require peer to peer collaborations with the other course participants. Nearly all activities includes some element of choice and ownership–allowing you the opportunity to tailor the learning to your needs.
Will there be an interview?
There is no interview process. You will have to fill out a short application form to make sure you meet the criteria.
How do I apply for a course?
You can simply choose your course and enrol online.
How do I choose the best course for me?
Learners should first visit the course introduction to view the range of courses on offer, to decide on what subjects best suit the learner, he/she should:
Review the modules within the course, do they interest you? are they relevant to your chosen career path?
How the course is taught and assessed, do you have the motivation to study via distance learning? are you able to work independently?
It is important that learners do not try to extend themselves too far and too quickly so should ideally choose a path that comfortably moves on from their existing level of skills and experience.
How do I submit my assignments?
Submissions need to be emailed to [email protected]
Students must complete the assignment submission form and assignment front sheets when they wish to send their work for marking, these are provided when the assignment details are sent out.
One initial assignment must be submitted and marked as a pass, and after this assignments can be submitted in bulk if students wish. We apply this restriction so that students can receive feedback on their initial submission and use this feedback in order to attain a better understanding of what is required to successfully complete and assignment to the required standard.
Is the online payment taken immediately?
Yes. Once we have received the cleared funds your course material will be released to you immediately.

Payment can be made online through Sage Pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal through any of our international banks.
